Lancaster County Christmas Lights

Lancaster County lights up during the Holiday Season making us all feel young at heart. Not matter what the age the fantastic light display will make you ohh and ahh. From center city Lancaster to the surrounding areas in the county at Christmas time this region twinkles everywhere. In Downtown Lancaster there are tons of event’s going on that will guide you through the city so that you can enjoy all the Christmas decorations in order to set the mood for Holiday fun. As you stroll through Downtown Lancaster you will notice many of the local shops have begun to show off festive window displays. Not only to spread the Christmas cheer, but also because of the new Downtown Window Walk, where visitors to Lancaster city will had the opportunity to vote on who they believe has the best display. Not only can you take Christmas by the beautiful decorations in Lancaster, but you could also enjoy this Christmas season through the sweet melodious carols of the season. This Friday, December 18th, is music Friday in downtown Lancaster. Let the strolling entertainers throughout the city serenade you as you finish up your Christmas shopping. With a million twinkling lights, rides for all ages, festive decorations, and Hershey's Product Characters decked out in their holiday best, there is something for all to enjoy! They have also combined the sights and sounds of Christmas in their new light show. N.O.E.L (Nights of Extraordinary Lights) features 125,000 gleaming lights synchronized to your favorite Christmas music! Experience three lively shows starting at 5:00 PM and playing every hour and half-hour along Spring Creek in Comet Hollow. The best viewing areas for N.O.E.L. are the bridges located near the SooperdooperLooper, the Amphitheatre, and the top entrance to the Aquatheatre. If Christmas lights and singing is not your thing there are always the exciting exhilarating RIDES! With over 30 rides offered everyone can find something to do at Hershey Park.
